Bosses

The Boss Results system displays how individual players and guilds performed against Boss-Level Creatures. These include: Players can view Boss Results by typing [BossResults in game. Results of boss fights are added to a list that have occurred over the last 30 days.

Bosses start at 200,000 Hit Points and can increase through scaling. Bosses can not be tracked in dungeons (players will still be able to get Tracking damage bonuses against them however). Bosses naturally respawn between 24 to 48 hours.

Guild Alliances are not factored in looting rights for creatures. Boss-level creatures (except Shrine Bosses) will have Blue corpses if a player does not have rights to loot them. The corpse will appear as Red if the player DOES have looting rights.

The Daemon Keep is a Lawless (grey) zone. An entry for the Daemon Keep has been added to the Atlas under Points of Interest. The Daemon keep is populated by Rift Cultists, who during combat will randomly summon one of several new Rift Daemon creatures.

Event Bosses are special creatures that might appear during Events. These battles are recorded in Server Rankings. Damage Entries Expiration Duration: 60 minutes. This is when a player's damage progress towards a creature will "wipe" the player's damage.

Faction VIPs or Faction Caravans occur as Random Factions Events throughout the day, appearing at random intervals. Every 5th Random Faction Event that occurs will now instead be a Faction Boss that will spawn in a random location within the 1st level of the current week's Faction Dungeon.

Loot items that drop can be divided into regular loot, special loot and rare loot. Various bonuses can affect these categories separately such as: Region Bonus (Gold, Special Loot). Guild Favor (Gold, Special Loot, Rare Loot). Mastery Chain (Gold, Special Loot, Rare Loot).

Lore Bosses have 75,000 Hit Points and can increase through scaling. A random Lore Bosses spawns from a Level 8 Treasure Map.

Mini Bosses have 100,000 Hit Points and can increase through scaling. Mini Bosses Autodispel every 8 seconds. Mini Bosses can only be Barded once every 90 seconds.

Players who complete a Tome of Heroism, their guild members, alliance members and party members are allowed to use the summoned Omni Gate. Players no longer need Omni Runes to "Invade" the Post-Omni Public Battle event.

Players can check the Server Rankings by opening the Paperdoll, clicking Help and then Server Rankings. Players can also type [ServerRankings or [ServerRank to open the gump. Each Season for Server Rankings lasts for 90 days. Server Rankings update every 4 hours.

The seas are considered a Lawless Zone, meaning all players may freely attack each other or commit criminal actions against each other. However players may incur Infamy for killing or sinking other players.

Shrine Bosses can be found at Corrupted Shrines. Shrine Bosses drop Ankh Tokens as loot. Shrine Bosses have 250,000 Hit Points. Shrine Bosses can only be Barded once every 150 seconds. Shrine Bosses Autodispel every 7 seconds. Damage Entries Expiration Duration: 60 minutes.

Players can craft a Tome of Heroism with the Inscription skill. Tomes of Heroism are Blessed items that players place Tokens of Heroism into, in order to complete a collection of Mini-Boss and Boss kills. Single-clicking a Tome of Heroism will show how many total tokens have been added to the Tome.
