Patch & Test Server Issues

As a result of an upstream link network problem that lies outside our sphere of influence, we regret to inform you that the Patch and Test server are presently experiencing downtime. However, please note that the main game server remains online and is not impacted by this issue.

This occurrence is having an adverse effect on individuals who are in the process of initial game installation or updating their game files, in addition to hindering access to the Test Shard.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this situation and are hopeful for a swift resolution of the issue.

In the event that this issue persists beyond a reasonable timeframe, we are actively exploring alternative solutions to ensure minimal disruption to your gaming experience.
