Summary

• Found as loot items from a variety of sources
• Players can double-click an Arcane Rune to place it on the ground at their location
• Arcane Runes have a duration of 15 minutes (no longer increased by Inscription skill)
• Arcane Runes have a radius of 12 tiles (no longer increased by Inscription skill)

Effects

• Players with the Arcane skill can boost the benefits received from Arcane Runes
• The bonus that each individual player receives from a nearby Arcane Rune is increased by their own (25% * (Arcane Skill / 100))
• The effects of Arcane Runes are as follows:

Essence	Arcane Essence usage reduced by 33%
Fortification	Effective Armor Rating increased by 25
Frenzy	Attack Speed increased by 7.5%
Healing	Healing Amounts received increased by 15%
Immunity	15% chance to ignore Disease or Bleed damage
Mana	Mana Refund chance increased by 7.5%
Poison Warding	25% chance to ignore Poison damage
Rage	Melee Damage increased by 10%
Spell	Spell Damage increased by 10%
Spell Shielding	Effective Magic Resist Skill increased by 50
Trap	Trap Damage increased by 15%
Toxicity	Poison Damage increased by 15%

Arcane Rune Tome

• Players can purchase Arcane Rune Tomes from the Prevalian Merchant or with Achievement Points
• Arcane Rune Tomes allow players to store and organize arcane runes
